How PRESAFE® Detects Accidents

• Increase the tension on the seatbelt tensioners
• Close all windows (including the sunroof) to keep objects from entering the cabin in the event of a rollover.

The PRESAFE® Sound system is made to protect your inner ear from the loud noises that can occur during a crash by emitting a “pink noise” sound, a noise that’s around 80 decibels. “Pink Noise” triggers something called the stapedius reflex, which weakens the connection between the eardrum and inner ear for a short period of time.

The PRESAFE® Impulse Side
