Amazing experience and service from the initial phone call. My primary dealership couldn't service me the morning of my appointment due to power outage. I googled the next closest (40 min drive) Mercedes dealership. I called, explained my situation and they were able to schedule me that same day. Each and every team member there was welcoming and accommodating. Although this location is actually a 1 hr 30 min drive from my town, I'm definitely considering making them my primary dealership for my annual maintenance and service.

He was engaging, friendly, and quick to follow up, despite me being a few states away. I initially tried to buy a different car from a different dealer, and when I told him, instead of immediately ghosting me, he congratulated me--classy. Tom the Service Department Manager was polite and took time to explain the aspects of Service B as this was the first time for my vehicle. He then was sure to provide a shuttle downtown. Shawn (Sean), the driver, was courteous, respectful of others on the road and to me. Great customer service as always. We just purchased a new Mercedes from this dealership and could not be happier with the process. Mike and Marty are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are respectful of our time and had vehicles ready for us to test drive the moment we arrive. Both are extremely patient with our questions and the car buying process as we had to wait to confirm our prior vehicle was totaled. Mike kept me updated on inventory and arrivals of new vehicles. I purchased my car online. The dealership was extremely easy to work with. I drove from St. Louis to pick up the car signed the paperwork gave them the check and was back on the road within an hour or so. Easiest vehicle purchase transaction I’ve ever been involved in.

I simply responded to a recall notice - however, the dealership informed me the recall repair had been completed on previous visit and somehow the same recall was issued to ma again. Three visits for the same recall, I've waited for over 6-7 hours for one recall. While all employees were courteous & professional, I hope they properly record this recall visit so I don't have to wait again for this recall. Next recall notice, I'll be sure to check before I visit, if this recall repair has already been completed.
I had no appointment for my car and the battery was bad. I was able to get an appointment with the Rochester location. They were very kind and helpful.
